ACCREDITATION

VIMTC is accredited through recognized religious accrediting bodies such as the Transworld Accreditation Commission International.

While the institution offers degrees that are acknowledged within the United States, these degrees are not government-accredited. As a result, Federal student loans are not available for these programs.

Credits earned cannot be transferred to government-accredited universities with high tuition fees.

Degrees cannot be used for promotions in secular workplaces where accreditation affects salary or job advancement; including resumes without clarifying the non-government accreditation is not advisable.

This does not diminish the value of our institutions, but it does limit these specific areas due to clear financial and regulatory distinctions. The government allows for Religious Exempt degrees because religious education has a different focus and content. VIMTC operates under the category and is accredited accordingly, similar to institutions like Rhema Bible College in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Most ministry education in the U.S. takes place under the Religious Exempt status. Many Christian leadership universities accept VIMTC curriculum toward Associate, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees without the need for additional coursework. Within church and ministry communities, our training is well-respected, largely due to the strong impact seen in our graduates.

Dr. Floribert and Mrs. Florence Musungu

FLORIBERT Hur MUSUNGU is a scientist and a minister of God, ordained by the Canada Christian College Association (Discipling the Nations (Connecom) and Victory International Ministries (Ghana) and Benin.

He is an alumni of The University of Ottawa, and Saint Paul University in Ottawa, Canada. He is a father and a mentor who has contributed to the revival of Benin through the training of disciples and leaders since 1999.

Dr. Floribert is the National Director of Victory International Institute and Living Word – Christ's Kingdom. He is the Vice Chancellor of Victory International Global College and also serves as the National Facilitator of the Haggaï Initiative.

Dr. Floribert Hur MUSUNGU is a pioneering missionary and a proven trainer. A very humble, calm man of God who is highly effective in his actions. He is like "a brand packaged from the fires," whose practice is his only religion of truth. He is a teacher by his apostolic calling.

Floribert and Florence are married with four children – two boys and two girls – all missionaries. He holds a Doctorate in Preaching Theology, an honorary doctorate, and two master's degrees, one in humanities: a Master of Arts in Social Innovation and Master of Arts in Public Ethics and Governance; then the Faculty of Philosophy, with a thesis titled: "Targeted Searchers and Inspections of Peoples of Arab and Muslim Appearance at the Canada–U.S Border."

Dr. Floribert Musungu is currently a PhD candidate in interdisciplinary Research, an immigration consultant, and also a French instructor in languages schools (French as a Second Language) at ABC Language School and Graybridge Malkam in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.

Rev. Dr. Joseph & Mrs. Christiana Koomson

A seasoned Ghanaian Apostolic Leader, Teacher, Missionary, and humanitarian leader with over 40 years of experience in the Gospel ministry, leadership development, and outreach across Africa and the world.

Proven track record in training over 3,100 ministers and coordinating humanitarian programs impacting over 21,000 children daily.

After committing his life to Jesus Christ in 1982, Rev. Dr. Koomson began his ministry, dedicating himself to missionary work, evangelism, and church planting across various regions of Ghana. Today, he continues to lead a Bible training institute, speak at conferences, conduct evangelistic outreaches, and facilitate humanitarian relief programs.

He is the head of Victory International Bible Training and Ministerial Institutes, through which more than 3,114 ministers and gospel workers have been trained and deployed across Burkina Faso, Ghana, and other parts of Africa and the global impact.

Rev. Dr. Koomson previously served as a representative for Samaritan's Purse in Burkina Faso for ten years. He currently serves as Country Coordinator for LASEA Global Feed the Hungry, headquartered in South Bend, Indiana USA. In these capacity, he leads the Every Child Every Day (ECED) program overseeing the feeding of over 21,694 children across 9 feeding centers nationwide. Through this initiative, he also supervises a dedicated team of volunteers who provide care and shelter for internally displaced children.

He holds a degree in Biblical Studies from International Theological Seminary and has received an honorary doctorate from Victory International Bible Training College in Phoenix, Arizona. He is also an alumni of Victory International Ministries, Ghana, where he earned diplomas in Biblical and Ministerial Studies.

Married to Christiana Koomson with two children and a granddaughter. Over 31 years of marriage.
